An easily grown and floriferous hybrid between two of the hardiest of the maddenias (valentinianum x johnstoneanum). Attractive hairy foliage and bright yellow flowers coated with brown scales. A relatively dwarf mounding habit and good hardiness for its class. This is a fine small-growing
